Ruth Ann DeSantis is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach and Reiki Master/Teacher. As a Life Coach, Ruth Ann’s goal is to empower clients through personal development using practical, effective and purposeful techniques. She helps them to create plans of action, stay focused, and remain committed to achieving their goals and moving life forward. Using Reiki, the ancient, hands-on Japanese healing art, Ruth Ann further fosters her clients’ well-being as they move toward greater physical, emotional and spiritual health.

Prior to Life Coaching, Ruth Ann held professional-level positions in human resources, real estate and corporate retail. Her dynamic career fostered many business and personal skills that are relevant to her inspirational coaching style. Integrating master-level Reiki skill with her ongoing work as a Certified Life Coach, Ruth Ann's holistic healing approach provides a nurturing context for complete wellness.

Ruth Ann is deeply immersed in the area of integrative health (based on the mind/body/soul connection) and serves as a valued resource. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Greenwich Association for Well-being, the Leadership Council for Save the Children in Greenwich, CT. She is also a volunteer at Malta House for women and children.
