VINYASA STYLE YOGA

Vinyasa links poses in a flowing series, incorporating our
breath with every movement and posture. Vinyasa flow warms
and energizes our bodies creating strength, flexibility,
cardio vascular conditioning, and relaxation. It is a total
mind, body, and spiritual connection, as well as a great
workout. Barbara has been practicing yoga in varied styles
for nearly seven years, and has been teaching yoga for the
past four years. Barbara is RYT Certified with "Yoga
Alliance" through "Yoga Fit". The sense of peace, well being, healing and
health I receive from yoga, I gift back to you. Bring your
yoga mat for class, and a blanket for our relaxation at the
